Wrestling Strength and Conditioning by Time.

Sled Push, chinups, hangcleans, Perform each exercise as hard as you can for thirty seconds and repeat for three rounds of each. You need to also count your repetitions so you've got a goal to bump past each time and keep it at that level for each round. If you're working out in a group the highest number will help push the others also. From there you can go up to forty five seconds after three weeks and 1 minute per exercise in another 3 weeks. I like to use the stop watch on the Airdynes which you may use before and after each round for a total of three rounds. Finish with abs you ought to have someone not working out holding the stopwatch so that you can put out the entire time and be correct so you can test your progress with the time and repetitions. you didnt, and there is about a month to go till the season starts. So where do you start? You will need to work diligently to catch up but it isn't an insurmountable task.
