The exercise routines at Paris Island were severe although not truly any harder than the times of my wrestling coach actually placing it to us. What I did notice was that these exercise sessions were similar to a wrestling practice and the men around me were all dropping bodyfat fast and getting in shape. Thirteen weeks on Paris Island will shape anybody up quick. No necessity to enroll if you'd like a great exercise routine to keep you in shape in the off season get a well structured bootcamp exercise plan and you can stay lean and in excellent shape throughout the year. Fitch is also a big welterweight ( has fought at light heavyweight before ) and can trade with all comers at WW, this fight would be terribly good and give BJ a genuine look at a classy welterweight. Another champ who has stepped up middleweight champion and pound for pound best fighter Anderson Silvas transition period was not straightforward but he does walk around more like 205 and is a particularly huge middleweight and appears light heavyweight is far less of a cut and presumably a rather more natural weight than what BJ does.

What is next For BJ Penn?
If you saw the fight you'll understand it when I say that he didnt just beat Diego he had the answer before Diego asked the question. BJ for 4 and half rounds won each round, his fighting, his defence and passing attacks were so systematic he looked as if he saw each move. His fighting was grand and just illustrates how he developed since his fresh lost at welterweight against GSP. So the issue is what does he do? At light - Does he take on Grey Maynard? Maynard has been one of the raising unbeaten fighters in the previous few years, he has beaten some of the finest and is huge at 155. He in addition has beaten nearest rival Frank Edgar in 2008. Question that strikes me is he going to bother BJ? His hands may not be fast enough, his BJJ isnt in the class of BJs no and is he able to take him down I do not believe it. I suspect is Frankie beats a giant name at light most likely throw him in against Diego Sanchez to see his references. The sole question mark for me as a fighter is Aoki has already lost four fights and Dana wouldnt need to sign him put him up against a challenger or challenger and lose his first fight, Denis Kang was highly thought of and was so upsetting he was dropped. Rematch with Kenny Florian might be on the cards in the future but definitely wouldnt be the best for UFC light-weight and I also think Kenny couldnt beat BJ. Wrestling is among the hardest individual sports on the plant. Im not chatting about jumping off the high ropes in the WWE but instead real wrestling where a competitor squares off against another in a test of skill, strength, and endurance. Bootcamp exercise programmes are a good way for fighters to coach in the off season and during season when not in practice. Bootcamp Exercises I used to be a champ fighter in highschool and then later turned US Sea joining the infantry.
